Player requested refunds prior to the first day of the program:  a $20 administration fee will apply.  

Player requested refunds from the start day of the program or later:   a refund may be issued if withdrawing for medical reasons.  A doctor's certificate may be required.  A $20 administration fee will apply.

To request a refund for an indoor program, email:  treasurer@ambusc.ca  with the following information

• name of participant
• name of parent/guardian requesting the refund
• day of program (Friday or Sunday)
• reason for requesting refund
