We want to offer an age-appropriate program for our mini and youth players that they can enjoy while learning more about soccer.
- Sundays - Players born 2011-2016 will play a variety of skill-based games and scrimmages that will help them improve, learn more about soccer, gain confidence and have fun. Players will be divided into groups that will play for 55 minutes between 9 am and noon. (Specific time for age groups to be determined once registration is complete.) Program to start October 16, runs until March break (approx. 16 weeks).
- Friday evenings - Players born 2007-2010 will be coached through situational game-based training. Players will be separated into teams and play games during which they will be shown different options and decision-making situations that occur in a regular match. (Depending on registration, players will be divided into two groups that will play for 1 hour and 15 mins between 6 and 8:30 pm.) Program to start October 14, runs until March break (approx. 16 weeks).
- Friday evenings - Players born 2006 or earlier 8:30 - 10 pm
LOCATION: Arnprior District High School (ADHS) Gym. Note: Friday sessions only will be held at Kenwood Centre January 13, then switch to ADHS for the remainder of the program.
COST: $160.00 per player (family discount applies if three or more players from the same household register at the same time). Players registering in January 2023 pay $100 to play until school closure at March Break.
Overall, our program is focused on a combination of learning and fun. This is a great opportunity for your soccer player to stay active during the fall/winter and help prepare them for their next level of play.
